These units are built from 12mm MDF

They come unfinished and flat packed.

 

Unlike other units these units come with shelves, back of the unit profiled to fit the sides and roof of the van.

 

Rear side panel has been curved in one piece to follow contour of van.

Split into two units so they can be mixed & matched with the different front & rear units.

All panels lock together in rebated pocket joints giving very high strength and easy assembly.

Our units are the same weight as light weight laminated ply.

Designed to be used with 3/4 R&R Beds.

Rear unit is 1095mm wide & 1360mm tall.

Front unit is 1108mm wide & 730mm tall

Both units are 395mm deep (All measurements approx)

 

Front unit:

Unit has three cupboards, wine rack and a shelf.

 

Rear unit:

2 door has one upper cupboard with a high and low shelf lower one is removabl to allow access around the wheel arch.

That utilises the space around wheel arch big enough for auxillary battery and the rest of your electrics.

Left side of unit has a lift up top with storage down to floor level.

 

Hinges supplied but no other hardware.

Some trimming may need to be done dependant on your floor, roof and side panels.

 

As stated these are unfinished as in not painted and in flat pack form.
